HAIR RESTORATION & HAIR REPAIR THERAPY

A non refundable $100 booking deposit is required when booking bundle services. This is necessary to secure your time slot. The deposit is separate and not deducted from the service charge.

The deposit must be paid within 24 hrs of booking to prevent cancellation of your desired appointment. 

Location information is provided after the booking deposit is received. We service the Richmond, Hampton, Washington & DMV Areas.

Shampoo, treatment & optional trim are included prior to styling your natural hair. You do not have to come with a silk press or blow out. However, please come with your hair in a manageable, malleable state.

Once you book your style, no changes are allowed. In special circumstances, a style change will only be permitted when it concerns the health of the hair.

If you would like your hair custom colored, please specify this using the "other" option when booking. Please also email a inspiration picture to diamondvenombeautystudio@gmail.com along with your name and appointment date so we can help you achieve your vision!

In addition, any dissatisfaction with the style that is not addressed at the beginning of the service is not the stylist's fault.

Once the client leaves the salon and pays for the service, it is understood that the service was satisfactory. No refunds will be issued.

Any repair that needs to be addressed, within the first 48 hours, will be fixed at the stylist's discretion. The scope of the repair will determine the cost. 

We are skilled in recreating looks. Please keep in mind that due to natural hair texture, density and overall health of hair; the final product may differ slightly from the desired look. This is not considered a quality issue.

Our first priority is the health of your hair! We will not do any technique that would potentially compromise the integrity of your hair. Thank you!

Once the client leaves the chair and pays it is understood they are satisfied with their style. Especially since the stylist confirms satisfaction prior to the client leaving the salon. No refunds will be issued and no styles will be redone. A Re-style request will require the client to rebook and pay another deposit to get another style.

Adults must accompany minors to the appointment to consult about the desired style. It is not necessary to stay for the duration. However, an adult must also be present for pick up to confirm satisfaction with the style. The style will not be redone because of a later complaint of dissatisfaction. Thank you for your cooperation!
