On one street you can find a string of privately owned salons and barber shops. Sometimes, they are even as close as next door to each other. This poses the question of, “why is there so much separation in our industry?”
After careful consideration of this dilemma, we concluded that everyone wants their own identity in this world. We all want to establish our own legacy. The beauty industry is ego driven and we understand. With that in mind we developed a way to utilize our differences as a strength.
With all the talent our community has to offer, an association of resources, skill sharing and business information is most beneficial to the collective whole. We have created a powerful network that will empower both internal & external beauty professionals to grow their brands, revenue and eventually get from behind the chair.

Our Story
A simple question over breakfast ignited the spark that became a full fledged flame of passion to affect change in the beauty industry. “Why is there so much separation? It’s every man for himself out here!”
The barber and stylist duo, DMB and DVA collaborated to solve this issue. There are so many professionals that have aptitudes and strengths in one area but crippling deficits in other major areas. There is a huge learning curve with acquiring new skill sets. Many business owners struggle until they have to give up.
What if we joined together and leveraged each others strengths in order to fill the gaps in our individual businesses. As a team we could effectively groom the future industry leaders while creating lasting legacies for ourselves. This is the purpose of our association.
In this life what you give back holds more value than what you take. Our goal is to help every business owner maximize their position of influence. Simultaneously, we are also striving to empower aspiring beauty professionals to become their best selves with all the resources we have to offer.
